GYIE Cross-border signs strategic cooperation agreement with Changzhou Jiantao

November 11th, Shanghai GYIE Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "GYIE Cross-border") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiantao (Changzhou) Petrochemical Wharf Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "Changzhou Jiantao"). Changzhou Jiantao's joining is a further perfection of GYIE cloud warehouse's strategic layout in areas along the Yangtze River and coastal areas, after the signing, both parties will conduct further cooperation in online delivery system with the aim at enabling the platform users to enjoy a more convenient, high-quality one-stop service. 

Jiantao (Changzhou) Petrochemical Wharf Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2003, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Jiantao Chemical Group, and merged with Jiantao (Changzhou) Chemical Storage Co., Ltd. in 2011, with an overall investment of 30 million US dollars and registered capital of 15 million US dollars. Changzhou Jiantao covers an area of 120, 000 square meters with 70 employees and its main business in wharf loading and unloading service and warehousing service for liquid chemicals. At present, Changzhou Jiantao could storage over 20 kinds of liquid chemicals including methyl alcohol, benzene, methylbenzene, phenol, acetone, etc..
