GYIE Cross-border signs comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Postal Savings Bank of China

Morning, July 17, Zhou Yinghui, GM of the strategic customer department of the head office of Postal Savings Bank of China, and director Liu Wei, and Chen Lei and Lu Sheng, both deputy presidents of the Shanghai Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China, came and visited Shanghai GYIE Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "GYIE Cross-border"). GYIE Cross-border chairman Ding Mingde, CEO Ju Aiwei, accompanied the visit, and held the signing ceremony of the comprehensive strategic cooperative agreement between GYIE Cross-border and the Shanghai Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China (hereinafter, "the Agreement"). 

Under the Agreement, the Shanghai Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China will conduct cooperation with GYIE Cross-border in the following aspects: first, put it as a priority to provide both online and offline whole industrial chain financial financing services for GYIE Cross-border and its upstream and downstream enterprises; second, provide equivalent RMB of 5 billion to 10 billion yuan intentional cooperation scale to GYIE Cross-border within the validity of the Agreement; third, fully use its own experiences and advantages in finance company cooperative field to provide financial services during the whole process of GYIE Cross-border's setting up new finance company; fourth, provide priority support to GYIE Cross-border in investment banking business covering mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, and capital market, etc.; fifth, fully use its own technical advantages to provide one-stop, high-quality, personalized financial service plans for GYIE Cross-border; sixth, provide customized plans and high-quality cross-border finance service based on GYIE Cross-border's business demands; seventh, open domestic and foreign currency accounts for GYIE Cross-border in accordance with the relative laws and regulations, and provide settlement service support for all kinds of local and foreign currencies. 

At the meeting, GYIE Cross-border CEO Ju Aiwei made a detailed introduction of GYIE Cross-border to the guests that, since the founding of GYIE Cross-border in two years ago, it has been committed to promoting the transformation of enterprises and foreign trade high-efficiently and providing one-stop whole industrial chain service for the medium and small-sized enterprises of bulk commodity industry with its unique platform advantages and as a commodity B2B cross-border e-commerce platform. Ju also stressed that, the trading volume of GYIE Cross-border was growing at a speed of 2 billion yuan each day, achieving 274.08 billion yuan in the first half of 2017, and a total trading volume of 700 billion yuan would be achieved till the end of 2017 as scheduled. At last, Ju pointed out that, GYIE Cross-border strived to establish a innovative, open and sustainable platform, of which the supply-chain finance service was an essential part, so the signing of the Agreement was a historical landmark moment in the deep cooperation between both parties, which aims at mutual progress and win-win, and jointly exploiting the commodity B2B cross-border e-commerce supply-chain finance market. 

At the signing ceremony, GYIE Cross-border CEO Ju Aiwei and Lu Sheng, deputy president of the Shanghai Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China, signed the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with the witness of GYIE Cross-border chairman Ding Mingde, and Zhou Yinghui, GM of the strategic customer department of the head office of Postal Savings Bank of China, and director Liu Wei, etc.. 

GM Zhou Yinghui said that it was of great honor to attend the signing ceremony of the comprehensive cooperation agreement between both parties, and he stressed that, Postal Savings Bank of China, as "an institute of long history and a new bank", although it has over 100 years history, it had just been reorganized into a commercial bank just ten years ago, so the bank had always been seeking innovation in its development and established extensive business connections with different industries, and at last, Zhou pointed out that, it was of great enlightenment that GYIE Cross-border developed in such a high-efficient and innovative mode, the bank was very willing to conduct cooperation with GYIE Cross-border for mutual development and progress with cooperation and mutual learning. 

Deputy president Chen Lei pointed out that in his speech that, Postal Savings Bank of China becomes GYIE Cross-border's strategic cooperation partner to seek mutual development by hand in hand, which was a right choice for both parties to size the new development opportunities. Chen also stressed that, in the future, the Shanghai Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China would fully play its advantages in network and fund to provide detailed, convenient, favorable and diversified finance service for GYIE Cross-border, and wished that both parties could extend all-round cooperation in more greater space and at higher levels. 

Deputy president Chen Lei expected that both parties could set the signing ceremony as a starting point for both partied cooperation, and jointly improve each party's influence and competitiveness in each party's industry, and better serve the entity economy and national strategies, and at the same time inject new vitality for the innovation-driven transformation development of Shanghai economy, and at last, Chen expressed his sincere wishes to GYIE Cross-border to gain more splendid achievements in 2017. 

GYIE Cross-border chairman Ding Mingde, on behalf of the board of directors of GYIE Holdings and all GYIE employees, extended a warm welcome to the visit of the leaders of the Shanghai Branch of The Postal Savings Bank of China and guests, and expressed his sincere admiration for the Postal Savings Bank's keen care and service spirit to enterprises. 

At the meeting, chairman Ding Mingde stressed that, the signing of the Agreement was not only to provide strong support for GYIE Cross-border's future development, but concrete a solid foundation for the sustainable, sound and rapid development of GYIE Cross-border in its strategic development layout, and importantly, a major step to the concrete cooperation between both parties. Chairman Ding also pointed out that, there were still a lot work needs to be implemented by both parties with great efforts, so GYIE Cross-border needed great care and support from the leaders of The Postal Savings Bank of China so as to promote the implementation of the signing Agreement. At last, chairman Ding stressed that, GYIE Cross-border would made detailed and great work in the strengthening both parties' work connection, finance consciousness and risk-control consciousness, and guarantee the credit funds used for their specialized purposes, and strived to make the cooperation between GYIE Cross-border and the Shanghai Branch of The Postal Savings Bank of China become an excellent model for the bank-enterprise cooperation of the Postal Savings Bank of China.
