GYIE strives to make a reasonable, scientific, strict, and objective performance evaluation in evaluation content, methods, and standards with a high transparent evaluation attitude.

In order to further promote the implementation of the performance evaluation, GYIE carries out a monthly evaluation system and the "monthly star" selection program, and connects the performance evaluation results with the awards and punishments so as to provide efficient evidence to the following talent selection work.
