GYIE Cross-border wins the first prize for the 10th All-China Petroleum and Chemical Enterprise Management Innovations Conference

In 2016, all GYIE employees rolled up our sleeves to work harder by making continuous explorations and innovations to optimize and upgrade the "GYIE Mode", which aims at providing one-stop whole-industry-chain service for the small and medium-sized petroleum and chemical enterprises. And after the whole year's efforts in 2016, GYIE Cross-border concluded its practical experiences into the report of "Provide Smart E-commerce Platform for the Small and Medium-sized Petroleum and Chemical Enterprises' Development", which was then reported to the China Petroleum and Chemical Enterprise Federation (CPCIF) and China Chemical Enterprise Management Association (CCEMA) for approval. Through the thorough selection and evaluation of both domestic and overseas professionals in petroleum and chemical industry, the innovative "Purchasing collectively and distribution" mode of GYIE Cross-border was awarded as the first prize for the 10th All-China Petroleum and Chemical Enterprise Management Innovations Conference. On Nov. 1, 2017, GYIE Cross-border vice chairman Ju Aiwei, on behalf of GYIE Cross-border, was invited to attend the 10th All-China Petroleum and Chemical Enterprise Management Innovations Conference to receive the trophy and the Certificate of Honor. 

It is reported that, there were overall 64 innovations being awarded in the Conference, among which includes 15 first prizes, 31 second prizes and 18 third prizes. Zengjian, executive vice Party secretary of CPCIF, said at the conference that, all the innovations, some of which were inherited and upgrade from the traditional management experiences, and some were innovations with distinctive time features and strong practicability, all of which were of great promotional value. And Secretary Zeng also stressed that, the petroleum and chemical enterprises would confront new issues in its future management and innovations, all of them should continue to make explorations to embrace a more high-efficient future. 

 

Wang Shugang, vice president of CPCIF and also president of CCEMA, said at the conference that, this year's enterprise management innovations had very distinctive features, among which not only includes the integration innovations of the traditional enterprises so as to promote lean management and efficiency with intelligence management, but the innovative management mode to integrate traditional trade with Internet like GYIE Cross-border's " Purchasing collectively and distribution" mode in the cross-border e-commerce, all of which had brought new vitality to the petroleum and chemical industry's development. 

 

GYIE Cross-border won the first prize for its innovative "Purchasing collectively and distribution" mode, that is, both the domestic and overseas small and medium-sized petroleum and chemical enterprises distribute orders at the GYIE Website, so GYIE Website is able to makes integrated purchasing and distribution at the GYIE cross-border e-commerce platform, which is the first online B2B supply&distribution public service platform in the domestic petroleum and chemical industry with its core advantage in lowering the enterprises' purchasing cost, increase their products sales, and improving their production plan by providing in-time market-demand feedbacks to the relevant enterprises by sharing the big data. All of this is very helpful in making the small and medium-sized enterprises to put more resources into innovations of their production technologies, improve their products' quality and production environment. According to the statistics, since GYIE Cross-border's "Purchasing collectively and distribution" mode in its pilot phase in 2016, it provides services to over 600 small and medium-sized enterprises with a total of 12,670 orders. The enterprises making transactions at the GYIE Website accomplished a total trading volume of 10.17 billion yuan in 2016 with an average of 847 million yuan on each month.
