GYIE Holdings Held a Symposium on Women's Day in 2016

The Chairman Ding Mingde first offered greetings and sincere wishes to all women on behalf of the group. 

He fully affirmed female employees’ work and pointed out that, this symposium was highly valued by the group, the first symposium held by the group, and also the first activity organized from the establishment of the Labor Union. The group regarded staff as “treasure”, usable and forgeable talents, and the group will continuously develop and grow, surrounded by “treasure” as “treasure bowl”. 

He pointed out that, female employees are the main force of social harmony and family harmony, and it is worth learning from women’s spirits of willingness to give and hardship, and hoped female employees to continue this to give a play to “half the sky”, and create excellence based on their posts. 

He stressed that, the next construction and development of the group must realize “seeking improvement in stability, active acts and following the circumstances”, encircle “six ones” according to the work arrangement at the beginning of this year. 

Female employees spoke one after another to express their heartfelt thanks and expressed that they will not let leaders down, but striving to do their jobs. 

At the end of this symposium, Comrade Zhang Xiping, Chairman of the Labor Union, issued consolation letters and easements to each female employee.
