On the morning of November 10th, Beijing, a symposium to promote the implement of "Belt and Road Initiative" was held at the south office building of the Counsellors' Office of the State Council, with attendees including the department heads from Counsellors' Office of the State Council, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs, etc., and guests from industry associations and five key cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Shanghai GYIE Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "GYIE Cross-border"), chairman Ding Mingde, and CEO Ju Aiwei, were invited to attend the symposium, and both of them addressed speeches on the symposium topic of promoting the implementation of "Belt and Road Initiative" by way of supporting the construction of cross-border e-commerce capacity in countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative".
This symposium pointed out that, "Belt and Road Initiative" was an efficient way to promote the mutual development of Eurasian countries, and also to help China's economy to bottom out and make China grow into a global country. Cross-border e-commerce connects the producers and consumers directly with Internet to realize global buying and selling, which is favorable in the promoting of economic and trade exchanges and cooperation in countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative", and also an efficient way to implement the "Belt and Road Initiative".
GYIE Cross-border CEO Ju Aiwei said at the symposium that, first, it was an honor to us to be invited by the supervisors of Cooperation and Exchanges Department of the State Council, and also the Expert Committee for China Association of Trade in Services, and it was GYIE Cross-border's pursuit to build bulk commodity B2B cross-border e-commerce platform by centering on the implementation of "Belt and Road Initiative", and to go deep into different bulk commodity sectors to provide services for enterprises in international trade, achieving a trade volume of over 100 billion yuan in one year since the founding, and at present, GYIE Cross-border was seeking breakthroughs by cooperating with Iran key enterprises, and striving to make explorations on energy trade, technology output, standard research, cultural exchanges, market cultivation, etc. together with the Cooperation and Exchanges Department of the State Council, and the Expert Committee for China Association of Trade in Services, with the aim at finding a set of replicable, propagable modes, which would be promoted rapidly into the countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" after successful trials.
