The 1st training course for new staff of GYIE, 2016

On November 8, 27 employees of Shanghai GYIE Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. finished their new employee training successfully. Chairman of GYIE Cross-border Ding Mingde, CEO Ju Aiwei, GM of human resources center, Zhang Min attended this training program.
 
This training program focuses on the five aspects including the enterprise introduction, enterprise culture, human resources system, administrative management system, and financial system, and GM of human resources center, Zhang Min, administrative manager, Liu Jun, financial accountant, Lu Haifei, and the training supervisor made an explanation of the aforesaid systems in a deep but simple way by way of system introduction, case analysis, Q&A, etc., which made every staff get a more profound understanding of GYIE's regulations and systems, enterprise culture, and development history.
            
GYIE Cross-border CEO Ju Aiwei stressed that, the board of directors paid great attention to the new staff training program and believed that it was very necessary to promote the normalization in the new staff training program so as to make all of our staff have a profound understanding of GYIE Cross-border's development systems including all the processes, systems, and enterprise culture.
            
Chairman Ding Mingde, pointed out in his speech that, first, GYIE Cross-border was an enterprise of healthy growth, we had achieved a trade volume of over 100 billion yuan within one year, and second, we had not only won the title of China top-500 Chemical Enterprises, but also won the acknowledgement at the national level, Shanghai city and district level, and association level, and third, GYIE Cross-border was a vigorous company, as the private-owned enterprises had sprung up and grown since the opening-up and reform, and had created outstanding benefits for the countries, and GYIE Cross-border was born under the background that the country highly values the private-owned enterprises' development, and fourth, many new staff chose to join the GYIE family to make contributions to the enterprise's development, and this training program aimed at making our new staff to adapt to the new work environment and positions as soon as possible with the hope that every staff to study carefully and learn a lot.
            
After one day's productive and intense training and communication, all 27 employees said that they benefited a lot from the training program, which ended successfully with GM Zhang's summary and wishes. After the training, according to the human resources center's requirements, all the 27 new staff wrote out their learning attainments and took an examination.
