Legal Manager
Job Description: 
    1.  formulate, evaluate both domestic and overseas enterprises' cooperative agreements, contracts, legal documents signed with our company
    2. involve in the important project negotiation in both domestic and overseas projects, follow up the progress of major projects, warn and prevent the possible legal risks in the projects
    3. answer the different departments' questions, and provide legal consultation on the company operation and management, issue professional legal suggestions and ideas
    4. warn the possible risks of the complex policies of the major projects of the domestic and overseas new businesses, make legal suggestions for the supervisors' decision-making and reference
    5.  provide legal consultation for the company's related law suits, and represent the law suit matters
    6.  the legal evaluation and risk control of the company's online trade platform
Job Requirements: 
    1. major in international trade, international law, bachelor and above
    2.  over three years' working experiences in legal affairs, bulk commodity import and export business
    3.  familiar with all the company's business related industries' legal affairs and laws, familiar with the international trade rules
    4. excellent Chinese and English oral and written, reading skills, a second language is preferred; proficient in Microsoft office
    5. good logic thinking, team spirit, strong sense of service, honest, strong sense of duty, careful, rigorous, steady
