Recruitment Manager/Supervisor
Job Description: 
    1. coordinate with different departments to keep statistics of the recruitment demands, compile the annual personnel recruitment plan according to the current staffing and business development demands
    2. responsible for the human resources recruitment work, including the personnel plan, staffing, recruitment channel choosing, resume selection, interview organization, following the recruitment results, background investigation, develop, maintenance, evaluate, and analyze all recruitment channels
    3.  establish and perfect the company's recruitment process and system
    4.  the data collection and analysis of the recruitment data
    5.  release recruitment advertisement by using all recruitment channels, seek recruitment agencies
    6.  the implementation of recruitment, selection, interview, choosing, arrangement
    7.  functional arrangement, position management, the establishment of evaluation center
    8.  establish the selection plan for reserve talent, and the talent pool mechanism
    9.  formulate the talent selection tool according to the different positions, lead the promotion of the cultivation of the interviewers
Job Requirements: 
    1.  major in human resources, management or other related, bachelor and above
    2.  love recruitment work, experiences in Internet, finance, trade industries or headhunting will be preferred
    3.  good learning ability, team spirit, excellent communication skill
    4. diligent, patient, careful in work, and good pressure-resist ability
 
Personnel Manager
Job Description: 
    1.  cooperate with the GM to formulate the human resources strategy plan according to the company development strategy
    2. establish and perfect the human resources management system, design human resources management mode, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, staff career development system establishment, formulate and perfect the human resources management mechanism
    3.  provide suggestions on the human resources, organization operation, improve the company's comprehensive management, drat human resources cost budget, monitor and control the implementation of the budget
    4.  establish the company's special enterprise culture, make every staff full play their positivity and creativity
    5.  talent team management and key talent performance management and control, help the staff to improve their abilities and work performance, deal with the major human resources issues arisen from the company's management process
    6.  collect staff feedbacks regularly, provide professional career suggestions and consultation for the staff in time, help the staff to grow fast, continuously improve the company's human resources services and processes
    7.  pay attention to the external human resources policies, and make amendments accordingly to the company's human resources policies.
    8.  implement the company's human resources work, the promotion and maintenance of the human resources management work
Job Requirements: 
    1.  bachelor and above, major in human resources management, psycology, business administration is preferred
    2.  working experiences in finance, chemical, IT is preferred
    3.  over five years HR team management experiences, deep understanding and practices on the human resources functions theories and management methods, apply the human resources theories into the company's practical work, and a clear mind in the work
    4.  excellent team management ability, good work improvement sense, excellent internal and external coordination and communication ability
    5. professional, enterprising, good learning ability and cooperative spirit, broad vision, result-focused, detailed, good problem solving ability
    6.  good team leadership, excellent oral and written expression ability, communication and coordination ability, develop subordinates ability
 
Personnel Specialist
Job Description: 
    1.  assist the supervisors in the perfection of human resources system building including recruitment, training, salary, insurance, welfare, performance evaluation
    2.  establish and maintenance the personnel files, go through and renew the labor contract
    3.  the implementation of all human resources management work operation processes and regulations and systems, cooperate with other business department in practical work
    4.  the implementation of recruitment process, coordinate and go through the talent recruitment, employment and resignation procedures, transference, promotion, etc.
    5.  accomplish the department daily executive work, cooperate with the supervisors in the administrative work
Job Requirements: 
    1.  major in human resources management, associate and above
    2.  over one year's administrative and human resources work experiences
    3.  familiar with all human resources management practical operation processes, familiar with all the country's labor and personnel laws and policies, and able to use practically
    4.  good professional ethics, pragmatic, modest, careful, strong sense of duty, excellent communication and coordination ability, team spirit
    5.  proficient in Microsoft office, basic Internet knowledge
