GYIE Cross-border signs strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Shanyang Town, Jianshan District

On September 25, GYIE Cross-border signed strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Shanyang Town, Jinshan District at the Jinshiwan Sci-Tech Zone on the Jinshiwan Functional Zone, under which both parties would conduct sharing cooperation by relying on the local government's resources advantages. GYIE Cross-border chairman Ding Mingde, vice-chairman Ju Aiwei, CEO Mo Sihong, and Zhang Quanquan, the deputy head and also member of the standing committee of the district committee of Jianshan District, and Wang Zhenmin, vice secretary general of Shanghai Chemical Industry Association, and Sun Yinliang, Party secretary of Shanyang Town, and Shanyang TownChief Ge Jun, vice TownChief Wang Yuping, and other relative leaders attended the signing ceremony. 

Zhang Quanquan, deputy head and member of the standing committee of Jinshan District, said in his address that, Shanyang town was one of the state's new type urbanization reform pilot projects and the main area of Jinshan Coastal New Zone, besides, Jinshiwan Functional Zone was one of the first set of productive service industry functional zone approved by the Commission of Economy and Information Technology of Shanghai City with an accumulative of over 1,000 registered enterprises. Zhang also stressed that, GYIE Cross-border strictly followed the country's policy to make promotion in supply-side reform and support the development of cross-border e-commerce, and had played a leading role in the commodity cross-border e-commerce field. At last, Zhang said that, Jinshan District welcomed GYIE Cross-border and its platform registered enterprises to settle in Jinshanwan Functional Zone, and would give the full support to GYIE Cross-border to jointly building Jinshanwan into a high-level science innovation center. 

GYIE Cross-border chairman Ding Mingde, said in his address that, Shanyang Town was renowned as the "Jinshan Pearl" with a long history, and was the place where Jinshan District Committee and government locates, and most importantly, it was selected into the main area that under the development and construction programs of the rising Jinshan New Zone with great potential and development opportunities. Ding stressed that, GYIE Cross-border had always stuck to the six "GYIE Power", which were the team building, innovation, unique business model, eager to learn, advanced management mechanism, great achievement, as its development engine by strictly following the national strategies, fully meet the markets demands, closely keep up with the advanced technology, firmly rely on all parties' support and continuously improve its own management. At last, Ding said that, he wished to take the strategic cooperation between both parties as a significant opportunity to provide comprehensive services covering transaction, warehousing, logistics, finance, etc. to the enterprises that registered in Jinshanwan Functional Zone with GYIE Cross-border's unique advantages in Internet, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, commercial intelligence, etc., so as to realize the deep integration of the standardized services of cross-border e-commerce with chemical parks and functional zones eventually, which serve the great cause of China's petrochemical enterprises' "Going Global". 

Wang Zhenmin, vice Secretary General of the Shanghai Chemical Industry Association, said in her address that, Jinshanwan Functional Zone had grew into the key industry cluster zone of Jinshan District, and GYIE Cross-border also was developing rapidly with over 2 billion yuan trading volume each day as the No.1 platform in domestic commodity cross-border e-commerce field. Zhang also stressed that, she was very excited to see these two member director unit of SCIA signed the Agreement successfully, and the SCIA would continue to serve all the member enterprises and sincerely wished all of them to gain greater achievements in the future. 

Wang Ping, deputy Town Chief of Shanyang Town, hosted the signing ceremony. GYIE Cross-border CEO Ju Aiwei shaked hands with Ge Jun, Town Chief of the Shanyang Town after the signing, and both parties had reached a consensus on the specific content and formation of the short-term business cooperation.
