GYIE Cross-border signs strategic cooperation agreement with BeiFang Group

Morning, November 24th, Shanghai GYIE Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "GYIE cross-border") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai BeiFang Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "BeiFang Group"). The attendees were GYIE Cross-border CEO Ju Aiwei, GM of warehouse logistics center, Xu Chunhua, logistics director, Zhou Haisheng, East China regional director, Li Chenyie, chairman of BeiFang Group, Pu Linxiang, GM assistant Hou Jiahua, marketing director, Zhang Jialiang, business section chief, Ju Chenglin. BeiFang Group's joining has strengthened GYIE Cross-border's warehouse logistics service function for general cargo and dangerous chemicals, which enables our platform users to enjoy a more convenient, high quality service. 

At the symposium, GYIE Cross-border CEO Ju Aiwei said that, GYIE Cross-border valued greatly the cooperation with BeiFang Group, as an e-commerce enterprise that positioned itself to cross-border e-commerce and bulk commodity, until November 24, GYIE trading volume had achieved a trading volume of over 130 billion yuan, and at present, and operated eight online trade organic chemical products with features of a large international standard volume and over 40 percent import volume; GYIE Cross-border positioned itself to serve the small and medium-sized enterprises, provide one-stop service in raw material purchase, quality inspection and cargo insurance, payment finance, warehouse logistics, etc. by gathering the small and medium-sized enterprises' orders to make foreign purchase with a group & wholesale price; GYIE Cross-border's development needed to cooperate with industrial leading enterprises like BeiFang Group to seek mutual development and provide excellent services for our customers. 

Chairman of BeiFang Group, Pu Linxiang expressed that, BeiFang Group was now mainly engaged in warehouse logistics and supply-chain service, and expected to achieve an operating volume of 1.2 billion yuan with 12 logistics bases in 12 countries around the world; and BeiFang Group also needed to transfer its traditional business mode by trying some innovative patterns, so BeiFang Group needed to cooperate with professional e-commerce platforms like GYIE Cross-border, so as to promote the enterprise transformation and provide high-efficient, convenient services for the customers. 

GM of GYIE Cross-border warehouse logistics center, Xu Chunhua said that, each party had its own advantages in online and offline business respectively, and was natural-born partner to each other, firstly, both parties started cooperation in the traditional warehouse logistics business, GYIE Cross-border could help BeiFang Group in the online and e-commerce transformation of its business to occupy the fast lane of industry development, and under which foundation, GYIE Cross-border could further conduct cooperation and research with BeiFang Group in innovative business like the electronic warehouse receipt business of dangerous chemicals. 

At the end of the symposium, both parties reached a consensus to establish long-term working coordination mechanism with the cooperation in some specific business as a starting point, so as to build a win-win cooperation mode.
